(“Anaergia” or the “Company”) (TSX: ANRG; OTCQX: ANRGF) reports that the California Public Utilities Commission (“CPUC”) has conditionally approved a long-term biomethane procurement contract between Anaergia’s SoCal Biomethane LLC (“SoCal Biomethane”) facility, Anew Climate LLC, and Southwest Gas.
